Born on earth and he was an only child. His father wash a Master Cheif Engineer on Jupiter Station, and William was raised on earth. At the age of 12 his father took him to the Jupiter Station and William fell in love with the idea of traveling to other places. Although his father never left the solar system William loved to meet others from around the universe.

Starfleet Academy, Harvard University, Got a Master's Degree in Astronomy

Pre-Starfleet History

:

Before going to the academy William stowed away on a transport vessel and worked his way back to Earth on various transports as a pilot and tactical officer.

Medical History

:

William was nearly killed in an accident with a plasma rifle that misfired, that taught him a new respect for weapons of all sorts.

Very strong and quick. Uses the holodeck to stay in shape.
