Louis looks human, the only indicator of his Andorian heritage is the bluish tinge of his skin and unruly white hair. Typically human looking though his nose has been broken a few times.
History, Education and Skills
Family and Background :

As a baby he was found on small shuttlecraft no indication of who his parents were. Placed in the Orphanage of Saint Tobias he stayed there throughout most of his childhood. His childhood was full of fights, unruly behaviour and petty crime. His ran away in his early teens teens and after numerous years spent travelling in space he returned a changed man. It was then that he decided to join Starfleet

His Pre-Starfleet history is sketchy at best. It seems he spent time drifting across the Universe on a variety of ships. Times were spent with Andorians, Klingons and allegedly some Cardassians

Due to his previosu travels has picked up numerous scars on his body. The most obvious is his broken nose.

Knowledge of numerous languages, cultures. Trained in xeno-psych. Knows hand-to-hand and a few weaponry skills but no real expert.

A very practical man, likes to make a variety of objects with hands, normally wood.
