History, Education and Skills
Family and Background :

Jael was born into a family of five of which she is the sole surviving member. An accident when she was fifteen years old claimed the life of her other family members. The local dam exploded and their house flooded. Jael was studying elsewhere at that moment and was not drowned like the rest of her family.

Education

:

Attended primary education through to secondary education in Aswan. Admitted to the Academy, two reprimands issued for loss of temper and inability to work well with others. Finally graduated fiftieth in her class. Specialties: warp mechanics and general engineering.

Pre-Starfleet History

:

Jael has always been a troubled individual. She seldom gets on well with others and while she can be a team player, she doesn't always make the best choices with respect to group dynamics. She is relatively intelligent and can improvise her way out of many situations, however, her disregard for caution is something that needs close attention. She does not make friends easily. These characteristics are believed to have developed as Jael lived her life alone bouncing from school to school after the death of her family. She was never sedentary enough to establish a support network as she moved every 1-6 years. By some miracle, she graduated from the university at Delphi before going on to Starfleet Academy. However, all her school endeavours have at least one reprimand and their dossiers are far to lenghty to be listed here.

Starfleet History

:

Posted first to the USS Dartmouth under the command of Captain Daikora transferred by order of Starfleet Command to the USS Boudicca under the command of Captain Caladryll Sevant.

Medical History

:

Due to a number of accidents and incidents that Jael has been invovled in, her medical records are highly classified and can only be accessed by a CMO with security level 9 and then only in a case of emergency. In addition, Jael hates doctors. Note to Commanding Officer and Chief Medical Officer: Jael is not required to pass a physical examination upon boarding the ship. All appropriate information will be forwarded to you by way of Admiral Draemar.

Skills

:

Engineering and all related duties. Excellent at improvisation Slight empathic skills as a result of a betazoid entering into the family several generations ago. But only slight.

Other Information
Hobbies :

Athletics and other solitary pursuits.

General Notes

:

Jael has been described as someone with attitude who only respects the rules that she feels apply to her and also a loose cannon.

Awards :

Admiral Bell threw her arms around the Ensign, "You don't have to be scared anymore, you don't have to be guilty anymore, you are not responsible for what that madman did to you.", she said to her quietly and for a moment longer, releasing her from the embrace. "It's going to take time, its going to be a toll... I will be right here, and I am not going anywhere."
