Medical History

When Khurnol was 24, he was investigating the remains of an old city of the Promellians and came across a strange artifact. Upon touching it, it fired off a wave of force that threw Khurnol back into a wall and knocked into unconsciousness. Unknown to him, his mind developed a split personality, Knurnol himself and a separate entity, "Bug". This was quickly found out by Khurnol's colleagues and diagnosed, and so Khurnol takes a special kind of medicine to suppress Bug. However, when he does switch personalities, neither is aware of the switch.

Khurnol is rather intelligent for a Pakled, and posesses the intellectual ability of a normal human. He is very well versed in ancient cultures, especially those of the Iconians and Tkon. While he is intelligent, he still posesses some of the speech impediements common to all Pakleds, although he has tried to overcome these to the best of his ability.
