lived in a small village on the country-sides. mother only (father missing after voyager dissapeared), and 2 younger sisters.always fit and ready to help anyone in the neighborhood, who had a problem with their machinery or other broken equipment.

personal studies about chemistry and fysics, and a lot of book-reading related to warfare (like the art of war by sun tzu)

mostly self-studies, with a lot of interest on topics related to war-tactics and science. went to high school, top-ace in sports, science, maintenance and computer-skills. served on a starbase as maintenance, allthough he was on his way to get promoted to first engineer, he quitted due to unfriendly treatment. returned home, and helped nearby people repair their equipment untill a shuttle on practice crashed nearby. he helped with the repairs of engines and controls, and found his way into starfleet that way.

started out on the USS Nimitz as Assistant chief of security, untill the First officer was promoted to Captain, and asked Jason to serve on her ship as chief of tactical and security. Jason accepted. After a hard start, Jason finally got the grip of it, and soon led his first away-mission. Cause of high pressure on the command crew, Jason was offered the position of second officer on the Mystique, wich he enacts now.

combat skills could use a lot more practice.
He trained extebsivly on the Mystique's phaser range, able to get 72 percent accuracy on the highest difficulty
