USS Gannicus
The USS Gannicus represents a refined take on the Sovereign-class line. Its design combined decades of Advanced Starship Design Bureau research into a sleeker, more tolerant warp-field profile capable of higher cruising velocities. Following the Borg incident, production timelines were accelerated from a projected 10-year build cycle to roughly five years, making the Gannicus a key example of rapid-response Starfleet engineering. Archive compiles span from 2006 through 2016, including the AWLSHGA, A Day on the Job, and Good Intentions series.
"Ryan made his way to the side of the room with four misaligned relays and began to apply force to one of them. The metallic cylindrical relay would not budge at first attempt but with his determination coupled with his malice for things not going the way he planned the first relay finally moved into place."

USS Nimitz β
The Nimitz challenged Admiral Doenitz after a month-long disappearance from official channels. She later survived Romulan and Tal Shiar ambushes to return to Geneva. Destroyed during the Battle for the Mars Defense Perimeter in 2407, along with USS Champlain.
"Saleke was overseeing repairs to the lateral array sensors from the science station. Since Commander Troi and Lt. Commander Gideon had gone over to the Nimitz he was in charge of the Trawler and decided it was not logical to leave the bridge with the current dearth of command crew on the ship. Ensign O'Neill's engineering crew was proving quite capable of the necessary repairs."

USS Spectre β
Developed at Earth Station McKinley, the Spectre utilizes a variant of the phasing cloak technology originally used on the USS Pegasus. The lead ship of her class, commanded by Captain Remae K'Tell (later Admiral Ktell). An alternate-universe Spectre appeared near Earth in 2405, its crew eventually assigned to Starbase Valhalla.
"The Captain nodded before standing to replace Kurt's rank pips "Thank you sir" Kurt replied as he seated himself again. The discussions continued for a short while, and Kurt diligently took notes. Eventually they were all dismissed but not before strict instructions to keep the briefing information a secret for now."

USS Wraith β
A sister ship of the USS Spectre and the 2nd Spectre-class ship to be launched. The USS Wraith participated in the Battle for Sector 001 at the end of the Federation Civil War. The vessel was commonly assigned intelligence gathering missions due to its phased-cloak device. Last commanded by Captain Jana Bell, who had close ties with Captain Remae K'Tell.
USS Mithrandir β
Attacked during a diplomatic mission in 2406. Her crew was offloaded but later regained control of the vessel to limp back to Geneva with heavy casualties. Later replaced by USS Mithrandir-A.
"Hank reviewed the data gathered so far The station was acting lime a black hole. Things went in and didn't come out. Personnel had beamed over and nothing was heard. Now a shuttle had crashed on the station and again nothing was heard. Captains Alexander and T'vor were working on a solution. It would be so much easier if both ships were in the same timeline. They weren't."

USS Boudicca β
One of the original ships assigned to the 52nd Fleet. During the Federation Civil War, successfully breached the defenses of Starbase Valhalla, bringing down the defense stations and contributing to the 52nd Fleet's victory.
"Beatrix puffed slightly, finding it hard to keep up with Carl's long strides as he hastened from the turbolift towards the point where they could see two figures, one prone on the floor and the other stooped over it. She was running, but Carl was just walking fast."

USS Paladin β
Appeared through an unstable wormhole from an alternate universe in 2405. Commanded by Captain Eva Straton from a universe just after the Dominion Wars. During the Civil War, attacked and seized the Gamma Sigma System and Starbase 234, successfully repelling an invasion force at Beta Aquari III.
"The A-CSO turned to him. "Lt.," he started. "I want you to see if you can get anything out of those scans of the cloaking system. Pin down where it came from." "Aye sir. I'll get right on it!" With that Shane headed right for his office and the lab facilities."

Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards β
One of Starfleet's premier starship construction and repair facilities, located in orbit of Mars. This major shipyard has been responsible for the construction of numerous iconic starships throughout Starfleet's history. The facility played a crucial role during the Federation Civil War and continues to serve as a vital center for fleet operations.

USS Cochrane
The Cochrane Research Facility was later transferred to a Meredith Class Starship, which was renamed USS Cochrane. The facility first discovered the Subspace River phenomenon before the transfer.
""Captain the science and engineering teams have completed the final modifications to the Cochrane, we should now be sufficiently prepared for Beta quadrant." "What type of modifications? I did read the reports about the projects but you know. I like to be informed and know that everything is running"

USS Illuminar
The USS Illuminar stands as one of the most prolific vessels in the archive with 109 documented compiles spanning 25 months of continuous deep space operations (2420-2422). The ship confronted phenomena ranging from Q entities to mirror universe incursions to the philosophical mysteries of "The Uncaring Stars." Her crew's encounters with corruption, parallel realities, and existential threats demonstrated exceptional scientific and tactical capabilities. The Illuminar's final mission, "An End and A Beginning," marked not just her decommissioning but the close of an era of intensive scientific exploration.

USS Exeter
A workhorse of the reconstruction era, the USS Exeter compiled an impressive record with 75 documented missions over 14 months of continuous operation (2420-2421). The ship's investigative prowess was demonstrated during the famous "Murder on the Exeter Express" case - a six-month operation spanning 24 compiles that became legendary in Starfleet Academy case studies. The Exeter also handled dimensional crossover incidents and pursued zealots in "The Flames of Purity" mission, showcasing versatility across investigation, first contact, and tactical scenarios.
"βHave you ever had a dream and there is a point when you wake up where you believe everything in that dream. Your mind is still in that moment. Imagine that but lasting a lot longer. It felt like what's about here is the real dream.β "I Don't think soβ¦" βMaybe Kyle had something similar happen, but donβt worry about it."

USS Soval
A vessel that confronted difficult moral choices during the rebuilding period. The Soval's year-long "Lesser Evil" mission (2414-2415) represented one of the fleet's most challenging ethical operations in the post-civil war era. With 22 documented compiles spanning multiple years, the ship maintained consistent operations through complex moral and tactical scenarios, demonstrating the kind of nuanced decision-making required during the Federation's reconstruction period.
"Ensign Yeates Remained on the bridge during the meeting with the captain in order to keep working on the current situation, which was important that it was resolved. The Ensign was going through Algorithms on the console when suddenly the console beeped indicating there was a change with the probe that he had launched earlier."
β The Lesser Evil 02C, USS Soval, 2019
USS Mystique β
An enigmatic vessel that operated during the tense pre-civil war period of 2406. The Mystique's intensive operational tempo is evidenced by 37 compiles in a single year, including the cryptic "All We Like Sheep Have Gone Astray" mission arc and mysterious "Harvest" operations that produced four compiles in a single day. The ship's name proved prophetic, as its missions often involved operations requiring discretion and specialized crew capabilities, including Betazoid telepaths who could navigate the complex political landscape of the era.
"Taya nodded and walked out the door making sure that Uko and Tenabe were following. She was focusing so much on the task at hand and just wandering down the corridor that it shocked her slightly when she heard a voice. "You don't need to cut your hair," Cindy Darson said. "I heard you were thinking about it. It's lovely as it is and most men seem to like longer hair."

USS Firebrande
One of the original vessels of the 52nd Fleet, the Firebrande served during the early integration period when the fleet was still establishing its multi-species operational doctrine. The ship's diverse crew roster included Klingon warriors from noble houses serving alongside Betazoid empaths and Human officers - a microcosm of the Federation's inclusive ideals. Though complete mission records have been lost to time, personnel files suggest the Firebrande specialized in cultural exchange and first contact scenarios where its unique crew composition proved invaluable.
"Remae was enjoying a nice cup of tea when. "I'm sorry to disturb you captain but I wanted to thank you again, it's a real chance for me to be in Starfleet again." Remae looked up and it was the new Assistant Security Officer. "Have a seat, please, call me Remae, Rick." For a moment, the Bajoran took another sip of tea and then said."

USS Shenandoah
A ghost ship of the archives, the USS Shenandoah exists in fleet records but her complete operational history has been lost to time. Named for the historic Shenandoah Valley, she likely served during the 52nd Fleet's earliest days before digital record-keeping became standard practice. What we know is limited to personnel records and the simple fact that she existed, served, and was eventually retired. Like the valley for which she was named, the Shenandoah represents a quiet strength - ships that did their duty without fanfare, whose crews wrote history in actions rather than words.
