General Notes

:

IMPECCABLY STUDIOUS, SCUDDER MOVED THROUGH HIS FOUR YEARS AT THE ACADEMY WITH FINESSE AND WITHOUT INCIDENT; HIS LONG HISTORY OF ALTERNATIVE, SELF-DRIVEN EDUCATION CERTAINLY ATTRIBUTABLE. REMARKABLE EMOTIONAL SENSITIVITY AND EMPATHY PROMISES TO BE A BOON TO A REWARDING CAREER IN HIS CHOSEN FIELD. WE EXPECT HIS CADET CRUISE TO BE A ROUGH EXPERIENCE FOR HIM; HE IS NOTABLY FOND OF COMFORTS OF STABLE HOME. THOUGH WE CONFIDENTLY EXPECT HIM TO DEVISE SOME METHOD OF ADAPTATION AND COME OUT THE BETTER FOR IT. THOUGH SOMEWHAT TIMID AND SOFT-SPOKEN, HE IS OPINIONATED AND FORTHRIGHT.

Awards :

Admiral Bell threw her arms around the Ensign, "You don't have to be scared anymore, you don't have to be guilty anymore, you are not responsible for what that madman did to you.", she said to her quietly and for a moment longer, releasing her from the embrace. "It's going to take time, its going to be a toll... I will be right here, and I am not going anywhere."
