History, Education and Skills
Family and Background :

Both Chris' parents were in Starfleet and were assigned to Internal Affairs and also to the JAG office. Both left active service early and settled on Utopia Planitia to work on the Soverign Class project. Having grown up around the Ship Yards, Chris entered the Academy and requested to remain on the ship building projects. Whilst serving as the second officer at the Ship Yards Chris became romantically involved with his Yeoman, Petty Officer Janey Brown. Chris was set to marry Janey’s sister but this was called off. During a brief set over when the Hades refitted at Mars, Chris encountered Janey again and attempted to restart their affair., he was turned down.

Chris left the academy and was assigned as Ensign to the USS Murroes in Engineering. He swiftly moved up the ranks he transferred to the USS Eastern Horse as the Chief Engineer. After three years in post Chris returned to the shipyards to work on a new prototype Runabout. Chris again moved up the ranks and served as the Ship Yards second officer. Having served as the yards second officer, Chris moved to serve on The USS Thunder Child where he lead a team to improve the tactical capabilities of the Akira Class ships. After transferring to the ship’s crew he served as the First Officer for two years. Chris was transfered back to starship support and based at Starbase Geneva where he oversaw the Soverign Class refits and referbs.
