Data Requests

Use this page to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or export of your personal data.

Your Data Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal information
  • Export: Request your data in a portable format (JSON, CSV, etc.)
  • Removal: Request removal of specific information from public pages
  • Anonymization: Request that your name be anonymized in public content

How to Submit a Request

To submit a data request, please use our contact form:

  1. Go to Technical Support
  2. Select "Data Request" or "Privacy Request" as the subject
  3. Include the following information:
    • Your username or email address associated with your account
    • The type of request (access, correction, deletion, export, removal, anonymization)
    • Specific details about what information you want to access, correct, or remove
  4. Submit the form

Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. This helps protect your account security.

Processing Times

  • Access Requests: 14-30 days
  • Correction Requests: 7-14 days
  • Deletion Requests: 14-30 days
  • Export Requests: 14-30 days
  • Removal/Anonymization Requests: 14-30 days

You will receive confirmation when your request is received and again when it is completed.

What Can Be Removed

Fully Removable

  • Account information (email, real name, profile data)
  • Private messages and communications
  • Personal logs and private content
  • IP addresses and access logs (after retention period)

Anonymizable (Not Fully Removable)

  • Mission Posts: Part of collaborative game history; can be anonymized but may remain in archives
  • Public Logs: Can be anonymized but may remain in archives
  • Character Information: Can be anonymized but character data may remain in game records

Note: Public game content that is part of collaborative storytelling may be retained in archives with your name anonymized to preserve the game's history.

Account Deletion

If you request account deletion:

  • All personal information will be removed
  • Your account will be permanently deleted
  • You will no longer be able to log in
  • Public game content may be anonymized but retained in archives

Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have exported any data you want to keep before requesting deletion.

Search Engine Removal

If you find your information indexed by search engines:

  • Contact us with the specific URLs you want removed
  • We can request removal from search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
  • We cannot guarantee immediate removal, as search engines control their own indexing
  • Removal from our site does not automatically remove cached search results
