USS Gannicus
The USS Gannicus represents a refined take on the Sovereign-class line. Its design combined decades of Advanced Starship Design Bureau research into a sleeker, more tolerant warp-field profile capable of higher cruising velocities. Following the Borg incident, production timelines were accelerated from a projected 10-year build cycle to roughly five years, making the Gannicus a key example of rapid-response Starfleet engineering. Archive compiles span from 2006 through 2016, including the AWLSHGA, A Day on the Job, and Good Intentions series.
"Ryan made his way to the side of the room with four misaligned relays and began to apply force to one of them. The metallic cylindrical relay would not budge at first attempt but with his determination coupled with his malice for things not going the way he planned the first relay finally moved into place."
— A Day on the Job, USS Gannicus, 2021
USS Nimitz ⚔
The Nimitz challenged Admiral Doenitz after a month-long disappearance from official channels. She later survived Romulan and Tal Shiar ambushes to return to Geneva. Destroyed during the Battle for the Mars Defense Perimeter in 2407, along with USS Champlain.
"Kestra heard the door chime, "come" she had said and was pleased that Ensign Tom Slytherwald had arrived in a timely manner. She got up as he entered and motioned the formality away then pointed to the couch. Tom waited until she had sat down before he also sat down on the couch. She still had her tea and did not want to seem unpolite toward him, "Please Ensign feel free"

USS Spectre ⚔
Developed at Earth Station McKinley, the Spectre utilizes a variant of the phasing cloak technology originally used on the USS Pegasus. The lead ship of her class, commanded by Captain Remae K'Tell (later Admiral Ktell). An alternate-universe Spectre appeared near Earth in 2405, its crew eventually assigned to Starbase Valhalla.
"=/\=Lt Kerge to Ensign Frost=/\= "This is Frost, go ahead sir." =/\=I want you to assemble a team. Your task is to begin looking for all evidence that might indicate any crewmember that may have been, or may have had connections to the Maquis=/\= "Aye Sir," Will replied, "Anything else to go on sir."
— Inimicus Invisa, USS Spectre, 2019
USS Wraith ⚔
A sister ship of the USS Spectre and the 2nd Spectre-class ship to be launched. The USS Wraith participated in the Battle for Sector 001 at the end of the Federation Civil War. The vessel was commonly assigned intelligence gathering missions due to its phased-cloak device. Last commanded by Captain Jana Bell, who had close ties with Captain Remae K'Tell.
USS Mithrandir ⚔
Attacked during a diplomatic mission in 2406. Her crew was offloaded but later regained control of the vessel to limp back to Geneva with heavy casualties. Later replaced by USS Mithrandir-A.

USS Paladin ⚔
Appeared through an unstable wormhole from an alternate universe in 2405. Commanded by Captain Eva Straton from a universe just after the Dominion Wars. During the Civil War, attacked and seized the Gamma Sigma System and Starbase 234, successfully repelling an invasion force at Beta Aquari III.
"suddenly over the intercom shortly after Ensign Adams had left. Eva frowned and pressed a button on her desk top terminal. "Front and center Ensign," Eva snapped into the open comm-channel. Eva watched as a Klingon woman came into the room and snapped to attention in front of her desk. "Orders," Eva said, holding out her hand."

USS Dennison
All but destroyed by what is believed to be a rogue SFI vessel in 2408. The ship was mothballed pending repairs and her crew was reassigned to the Nova-class USS Mithrandir-A.
""Sir, I already have an office down on the main engineering deck. Completely secure and operates independently from ship's systems. She's under guard at all times, all I would have to do is re-program the security systems in place to allow you access as well," he said gulping, "and I would really prefer not to move the office as most of the systems are hard wired."
— Healer In The Tower, USS Dennison, 2019
USS Rosenante ⚔
A controversial privateer ship designed under the Chimera Directive for the Doenitz regime. Represents one of the darkest chapters of the civil war period, involving ships specifically designed to operate outside normal Starfleet regulations.
"After asking Ensign Maddox what he wanted to do next, Jo noticed that he seemed to be surprised that she had done so. He did a quick look around, so perhaps he simply had not expected to be left in command of one of the teams. Once he had recovered, he began "Do you have an alternate plan?" said Jo."
— Through the Looking Glass 9, USS Rosenante, 2013
Starbase Geneva
Completed and commissioned in 2405, serving as the headquarters for the 52nd Fleet. Located at a terminus of the Subspace River in the Beta Quadrant. Abandoned and destroyed when the new Starbase Geneva was completed.
"Richard entered the room and smiled at the FO he had done a quite impressive task and had changed considerably since his earlier days. Richard was about to speak when the FO raised his hand to silence him. As John pulled out a small black object for beneath the desk he activated it and then spoke."

Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards ⚔
One of Starfleet's premier starship construction and repair facilities, located in orbit of Mars. This major shipyard has been responsible for the construction of numerous iconic starships throughout Starfleet's history. The facility played a crucial role during the Federation Civil War and continues to serve as a vital center for fleet operations.

USS Cochrane
The Cochrane Research Facility was later transferred to a Meredith Class Starship, which was renamed USS Cochrane. The facility first discovered the Subspace River phenomenon before the transfer.
""I've been to a couple in the past," MacRath replied, "but not recently. And nothing like this!" Tahl looked at her as she absent mindedly played with her hair. "What games do you think they have here?" she asked Tahl shrugged his shoulders. "I'm not exactly an expert on gambling. I"

USS Illuminar
The USS Illuminar stands as one of the most prolific vessels in the archive with 109 documented compiles spanning 25 months of continuous deep space operations (2420-2422). The ship confronted phenomena ranging from Q entities to mirror universe incursions to the philosophical mysteries of "The Uncaring Stars." Her crew's encounters with corruption, parallel realities, and existential threats demonstrated exceptional scientific and tactical capabilities. The Illuminar's final mission, "An End and A Beginning," marked not just her decommissioning but the close of an era of intensive scientific exploration.
"Waiting patiently as the crew filed out of the room one-by-one, some looking as anxious as they felt, some eager to return to bed or their duty station, whichever Q had ripped them from earlier on in the evening. She stifled a yawn upon thinking about this, remembering she was now missing crucial sleeping time."
— The Root of Decay, USS Illuminar, 2021
USS Exeter
A workhorse of the reconstruction era, the USS Exeter compiled an impressive record with 75 documented missions over 14 months of continuous operation (2420-2421). The ship's investigative prowess was demonstrated during the famous "Murder on the Exeter Express" case - a six-month operation spanning 24 compiles that became legendary in Starfleet Academy case studies. The Exeter also handled dimensional crossover incidents and pursued zealots in "The Flames of Purity" mission, showcasing versatility across investigation, first contact, and tactical scenarios.
"The day had been long, and the time had gotten away from Victoria. Yawning the door to her quarters opened as Corsica was about to step though the newly opened doorway when her combadge chipped. =/\= Bracken to Corsica. Report Immediately to the area outside Holodeck 3. Serious continuing situation may need your expertise. =/\= She pressed her badge, "Understood, en-route."
— Murder on the Exeter Express, USS Exeter, 2021
USS Soval
A vessel that confronted difficult moral choices during the rebuilding period. The Soval's year-long "Lesser Evil" mission (2414-2415) represented one of the fleet's most challenging ethical operations in the post-civil war era. With 22 documented compiles spanning multiple years, the ship maintained consistent operations through complex moral and tactical scenarios, demonstrating the kind of nuanced decision-making required during the Federation's reconstruction period.
"Taylor was now facing the inevitability of having to rely almost entirely on Andersen to carry out her mission. Most of her life, she had been accustomed to work with humans and developed a bit of respect for them. But all this went into shatter. She never liked to call an entire specie as being X"
— The Lesser Evil, USS Soval, 2014
USS Mystique ⚔
An enigmatic vessel that operated during the tense pre-civil war period of 2406. The Mystique's intensive operational tempo is evidenced by 37 compiles in a single year, including the cryptic "All We Like Sheep Have Gone Astray" mission arc and mysterious "Harvest" operations that produced four compiles in a single day. The ship's name proved prophetic, as its missions often involved operations requiring discretion and specialized crew capabilities, including Betazoid telepaths who could navigate the complex political landscape of the era.
"::Angeni look at me, concentrate on me!:: Angeni screamed as the flames licked at her body, but she made no effort to stop them. She was through. She didn't want to deal with the mental anguish she went through every day. Her old wounds gnashed at her like rabid dogs, causing her to spend her evenings curled up in a corner sobbing her eyes out."
— compile summary Your adoring FO, USS Mystique, 2025
USS Firebrande
One of the original vessels of the 52nd Fleet, the Firebrande served during the early integration period when the fleet was still establishing its multi-species operational doctrine. The ship's diverse crew roster included Klingon warriors from noble houses serving alongside Betazoid empaths and Human officers - a microcosm of the Federation's inclusive ideals. Though complete mission records have been lost to time, personnel files suggest the Firebrande specialized in cultural exchange and first contact scenarios where its unique crew composition proved invaluable.
"Remae was enjoying a nice cup of tea when. "I'm sorry to disturb you captain but I wanted to thank you again, it's a real chance for me to be in Starfleet again." Remae looked up and it was the new Assistant Security Officer. "Have a seat, please, call me Remae, Rick." For a moment, the Bajoran took another sip of tea and then said."

USS Shenandoah
A ghost ship of the archives, the USS Shenandoah exists in fleet records but her complete operational history has been lost to time. Named for the historic Shenandoah Valley, she likely served during the 52nd Fleet's earliest days before digital record-keeping became standard practice. What we know is limited to personnel records and the simple fact that she existed, served, and was eventually retired. Like the valley for which she was named, the Shenandoah represents a quiet strength - ships that did their duty without fanfare, whose crews wrote history in actions rather than words.
