Admiral Remae Ktell

Admiral Remae Ktell is a Bajoran officer who has served in various command positions throughout his career. He was once the Commanding Officer of the USS Spectre before being promoted to Admiral. During the Federation Civil War, Captain Ktell (then a Captain) suffered an accident on Betazed that resulted in the loss of his lower limbs, requiring medical incapacitation from duty.

In 2444, Admiral Ktell was assigned to run the newly reinvented Mars Defence Perimeter (MDP) by President Stiave Atremi. He took command of the USS Republic, an Odyssey-class starship, on May 10th, 2444, and has been instrumental in the rebuilding of Starfleet and the 52nd Fleet.

Admiral Jana Bell

Admiral Jana Bell, once the Commanding Officer of the USS Wraith, is married to Admiral Remae Ktell. She has been a key figure in Starfleet operations and has worked alongside her husband in various capacities. Admiral Bell departed Earth shortly after Admiral Ktell's assignment to Mars, commandeering a ship to continue operations in space.

Admiral Robert LoDona

Admiral Robert LoDona was a key figure in the Federation Civil War. He took command of the 52nd Fleet in 2405 and led the fleet during the conflict against Admiral Doenitz's forces. Admiral LoDona was instrumental in organizing the fleet's resistance and securing Klingon support for the cause.

His leadership during the civil war was crucial to the 52nd Fleet's eventual victory. Admiral LoDona was later arrested in 2408, and Fleet Admiral Jopek took command of the 52nd Fleet.

Admiral Rodrigo Doenitz

Admiral Rodrigo Doenitz was a rogue Starfleet officer who led a breakaway faction during the Federation Civil War. He attempted to take control of the Federation, disbanding the Federation Senate and declaring himself "President Doenitz." His forces attacked civilian populations on key Federation worlds and engaged in numerous battles against the 52nd Fleet.

After a brutal conflict, Admiral Doenitz was defeated during the Battle for the Mars Defence Perimeter in 2407. He fled but was later arrested and imprisoned. His defeat marked the end of the Federation Civil War.

President Stiave Atremi

President Stiave Atremi is a Bajoran who was elected President of the Federation in 2444 following "The Incident" in 2443. She has been a key figure in the Federation's rebuilding efforts, working closely with Admiral Remae Ktell to restore Starfleet operations.

President Atremi has been instrumental in updating Starfleet's Charter to return to the ways of exploration, expansion, and cooperation. Her leadership has been crucial to the Federation's recovery.

President Rondar Nell

President Rondar Nell was the President of the Federation before Admiral Doenitz took control of the office during the civil war. He disappeared and was believed killed or captured, but was actually in hiding. The USS Spectre was sent to find and recover him from Romulan space.

President Nell was reinstated after Admiral Doenitz's defeat in 2407, and the task of reconstruction and reconciliation began under his leadership.

Captain Eva Straton

Captain Eva Straton commanded the USS Paladin, a Sovereign-class ship that appeared through an unstable wormhole from an alternate universe in 2405. The ship was from a universe just after the conclusion of the Dominion Wars, running many years behind the prime timeline.

Captain Julius Phelps

Captain Julius Phelps was involved in the Gul Dulon rebellion in 2404. His mind came under the control of Gul Dulon, who also possessed a trilithium weapon. Captain Phelps destroyed Starbase 45 as part of Dulon's plan, which was ultimately averted.
