USS Gannicus

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Sovereign-class (modified)

The USS Gannicus represents a refined take on the Sovereign-class line. Its design combined decades of Advanced Starship Design Bureau research into a sleeker, more tolerant warp-field profile capable of higher cruising velocities. Following the Borg incident, production timelines were accelerated from a projected 10-year build cycle to roughly five years, making the Gannicus a key example of rapid-response Starfleet engineering. Archive compiles span from 2006 through 2016, including the AWLSHGA, A Day on the Job, and Good Intentions series.

""Commander, please, at ease." Hyland said smiling finally. "Your orders please." Hyland reached for the padd as Wolfe handed them over. "Have you seen the quartermaster to acquire your quarters?" He said as he read briefly over the padd. Edward put his hands behind his back and spred his legs into the 'at ease' position. "Not yet Sir. Regulations say that I report to whoever is in command first."

"no meaning to one chained) "... that's him Sergeant. Get him unplugged, we gotta boogie." "Roger sir." There was a pause. "Admiral Lee, are you with us?" Richard opened his eyes and blinked a few times. Not more then two inches from his face was the helmeted face of... Rich had no idea who it was."

— Ad Noctum, USS Spectre, 2019

USS Dennison

STATUS: Mothballed

All but destroyed by what is believed to be a rogue SFI vessel in 2408. The ship was mothballed pending repairs and her crew was reassigned to the Nova-class USS Mithrandir-A.

""Unfortunately for them I know the rules for political games too. As for your question, Chief, I expect to see Chief Atwood returning soon, now that the Dennison is under full power again. I would suggest waiting for him in Main Engineering. You know the way. Dismissed, Chief Freeman. Oh, and Mister Freeman? Welcome on board." Butch stifled a grin and inclined his head slightly at the Captain."

— The Healer in the Tower,, USS Dennison, 2021

USS Rosenante ⚔

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Privateer

A controversial privateer ship designed under the Chimera Directive for the Doenitz regime. Represents one of the darkest chapters of the civil war period, involving ships specifically designed to operate outside normal Starfleet regulations.

"Alaya nodded and then replied, "Sir, with regards to the hotel... I have someone in the hotel ready to aid us if needed." Habrii's eyes narrowed a bit as he considered the statement. It was something that he might not care for, but sometimes sabotage and even violence was necessary. "Have them prepared to fulfill their role. We should not do anything that can misconstrued as an attack of violence."

— The Veil of the Sky, USS Rosenante, 2021

Starbase Geneva

STATUS: Abandoned and Destroyed CLASS: Starbase

Completed and commissioned in 2405, serving as the headquarters for the 52nd Fleet. Located at a terminus of the Subspace River in the Beta Quadrant. Abandoned and destroyed when the new Starbase Geneva was completed.

"Ailyn grabbed two disposable cups of coffee, quickly turning to around to go out and onto the meeting so she doesn't get there late - and as she moved forward, hit an large person infront of her, spilling coffee from one of the cups all over this person. She, luckily, grabbed the other cup tight so she was at least able to save this one."

— Some Time Away 2, Starbase Geneva, 2013

Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards ⚔

STATUS: Active Archive CLASS: Fleet Yards

One of Starfleet's premier starship construction and repair facilities, located in orbit of Mars. This major shipyard has been responsible for the construction of numerous iconic starships throughout Starfleet's history. The facility played a crucial role during the Federation Civil War and continues to serve as a vital center for fleet operations.

"the computer's voice ended. Tanya put the phaser down. "Ok, so like can we do something challenging now? This level seven has been getting old every single day... it's starting to get easy!" She said. Lee raised an eyebrow, and considered the phaser before him for a moment. "alright then Ms Dervin, lets see just what you have."

— Stardate:2405.09.04, Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards, 2021

USS Cochrane

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Meredith-class

The Cochrane Research Facility was later transferred to a Meredith Class Starship, which was renamed USS Cochrane. The facility first discovered the Subspace River phenomenon before the transfer.

"Tahl stood outside the viewing area of Drakes screen, and listened to the conversation between the pirate and the new FO of Cochrane. He wasn't sure if he felt happy, or sorry for B'Lanor. What he did know was that the Vulcan had saved his life once abd he wasn't going to forget that. =^=I trust Commander Tahlmari is well?=^= "Commander Tahllmari is just fine," Tahl said, coming up behind Drake."

— MirorMiror on the Wall day2, USS Cochrane, 2025

USS Illuminar

STATUS: Decommissioned

The USS Illuminar stands as one of the most prolific vessels in the archive with 109 documented compiles spanning 25 months of continuous deep space operations (2420-2422). The ship confronted phenomena ranging from Q entities to mirror universe incursions to the philosophical mysteries of "The Uncaring Stars." Her crew's encounters with corruption, parallel realities, and existential threats demonstrated exceptional scientific and tactical capabilities. The Illuminar's final mission, "An End and A Beginning," marked not just her decommissioning but the close of an era of intensive scientific exploration.

USS Exeter

STATUS: Decommissioned

A workhorse of the reconstruction era, the USS Exeter compiled an impressive record with 75 documented missions over 14 months of continuous operation (2420-2421). The ship's investigative prowess was demonstrated during the famous "Murder on the Exeter Express" case - a six-month operation spanning 24 compiles that became legendary in Starfleet Academy case studies. The Exeter also handled dimensional crossover incidents and pursued zealots in "The Flames of Purity" mission, showcasing versatility across investigation, first contact, and tactical scenarios.

"Ire walked back slowly away from security. He would message Greta when he got back to their quarters as he guessed that she might have gone for her shift. He could not believe that it had happened. Nix been murdered on board the Exeter. These things should not happen. Now with the level of security and monitoring that the security department has access to."

— Murder on the Exeter Express, USS Exeter, 2021

USS Soval

STATUS: Decommissioned

A vessel that confronted difficult moral choices during the rebuilding period. The Soval's year-long "Lesser Evil" mission (2414-2415) represented one of the fleet's most challenging ethical operations in the post-civil war era. With 22 documented compiles spanning multiple years, the ship maintained consistent operations through complex moral and tactical scenarios, demonstrating the kind of nuanced decision-making required during the Federation's reconstruction period.

"Andrew sat in the back of the shuttle as he had for the past few hours while the shuttle was at warp. He saw an Andorian doctor reading from a PADD. ~ I should have brought one too, ~ he chastised himself. Anything to keep his mind off of what was ahead. He had requested a transfer from the Daystrom institute hoping to get back to the stars again."

— Sunrise, USS Soval, 2016

USS Mystique ⚔

STATUS: Decommissioned

An enigmatic vessel that operated during the tense pre-civil war period of 2406. The Mystique's intensive operational tempo is evidenced by 37 compiles in a single year, including the cryptic "All We Like Sheep Have Gone Astray" mission arc and mysterious "Harvest" operations that produced four compiles in a single day. The ship's name proved prophetic, as its missions often involved operations requiring discretion and specialized crew capabilities, including Betazoid telepaths who could navigate the complex political landscape of the era.

"Deleted NRPG messages Corrected a few time stamps HHril exited the ready room and headed straight over to the CONN where Herk and Tourana were already busy with the repairs. HHril knew that he did not need to explain to either officer the importance of getting full navigation back up and running. Without it, they were sitting ducks for the Dian Chang. "How goes the battle?"

— Return to Camelot, USS Mystique, 2019

USS Firebrande

STATUS: Decommissioned

One of the original vessels of the 52nd Fleet, the Firebrande served during the early integration period when the fleet was still establishing its multi-species operational doctrine. The ship's diverse crew roster included Klingon warriors from noble houses serving alongside Betazoid empaths and Human officers - a microcosm of the Federation's inclusive ideals. Though complete mission records have been lost to time, personnel files suggest the Firebrande specialized in cultural exchange and first contact scenarios where its unique crew composition proved invaluable.

"The meeting was ended and Remae was heading back to his ship to prepare for tomorrow's departure. before he walked out the large room, he was intercepted "I would like to come, sir. I don't get to fly that much on the station...", he said with a strange smile. "Sure thing Ensign, come on board by 0700 tomorrow, that's when we'll be departing," nodded Remae, as he headed out the door."

— Phoenix, USS Firebrande, 2019

USS Shenandoah

STATUS: Decommissioned

A ghost ship of the archives, the USS Shenandoah exists in fleet records but her complete operational history has been lost to time. Named for the historic Shenandoah Valley, she likely served during the 52nd Fleet's earliest days before digital record-keeping became standard practice. What we know is limited to personnel records and the simple fact that she existed, served, and was eventually retired. Like the valley for which she was named, the Shenandoah represents a quiet strength - ships that did their duty without fanfare, whose crews wrote history in actions rather than words.
