USS Gannicus

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Sovereign-class (modified)

The USS Gannicus represents a refined take on the Sovereign-class line. Its design combined decades of Advanced Starship Design Bureau research into a sleeker, more tolerant warp-field profile capable of higher cruising velocities. Following the Borg incident, production timelines were accelerated from a projected 10-year build cycle to roughly five years, making the Gannicus a key example of rapid-response Starfleet engineering. Archive compiles span from 2006 through 2016, including the AWLSHGA, A Day on the Job, and Good Intentions series.

"The blue-skinned Andorian leaned back in the chair, arms crossed and looking comfortable, as he studied all the officers that had assembled. Most were chatting amongst themselves, not quite at ease, but there was no hint that any where incredibly uncomfortable, meaning their mission was either a cake run, or no one had the slightest clue what was going"

STATUS: Decommissioned after Hostilities CLASS: Nova-class

Attacked during a diplomatic mission in 2406. Her crew was offloaded but later regained control of the vessel to limp back to Geneva with heavy casualties. Later replaced by USS Mithrandir-A.

"=/\= Funny Captain? I am uncertain as to your meaning. Humor is such an emotional state. It is difficult to know whether one is being humorous or not at times as it often requires the use of misdirection or untruths. I would have to say that in that frame, I am not very good with funny. Did you have a joke that you wished my input on?"

USS Boudicca βš”

STATUS: Decommissioned

One of the original ships assigned to the 52nd Fleet. During the Federation Civil War, successfully breached the defenses of Starbase Valhalla, bringing down the defense stations and contributing to the 52nd Fleet's victory.

""Of course not... Getman, is it? Good to meet you." Getman shook hands with the old-new Security Lieutenant. "Ryko Skylynx... but I prefer Sky." Stephen took the free seat, sipping his coffee. He had to force himself not the make a face, that was certainly the strongest coffee he had in years, and the double sugar could barely be felt through the bitterness of the andorian beverage."

USS Dennison

STATUS: Mothballed

All but destroyed by what is believed to be a rogue SFI vessel in 2408. The ship was mothballed pending repairs and her crew was reassigned to the Nova-class USS Mithrandir-A.

"Shrekt listened to the Captain's response to her question with surprise. Through his brief monologue, she was impressed But the end of the war was something that brought as many questions to rise as it seemed to answer. And open ended questions never sat well with Shrekt. She despised the lingering doubt that now seemed to hover around her like an endless cloud."

USS Rosenante βš”

STATUS: Decommissioned CLASS: Privateer

A controversial privateer ship designed under the Chimera Directive for the Doenitz regime. Represents one of the darkest chapters of the civil war period, involving ships specifically designed to operate outside normal Starfleet regulations.

"After listening intently and contenting himself only with a glass of fruit juice and some raw vegetables, T'Kron was approached "Hello Sir," said Ensign Weaver. "How are you on this fine evening? I'm guessing you're not nervous at all about the assignment, right?" "I am concerned and will be as prepared as possible, Ensign Weaver."

USS Illuminar

STATUS: Decommissioned

The USS Illuminar stands as one of the most prolific vessels in the archive with 109 documented compiles spanning 25 months of continuous deep space operations (2420-2422). The ship confronted phenomena ranging from Q entities to mirror universe incursions to the philosophical mysteries of "The Uncaring Stars." Her crew's encounters with corruption, parallel realities, and existential threats demonstrated exceptional scientific and tactical capabilities. The Illuminar's final mission, "An End and A Beginning," marked not just her decommissioning but the close of an era of intensive scientific exploration.

"2446.03.01>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> After saying good night to Quinna, Gregory was happy to enter his quarters. Dropping his bag as he entered, first order of business was to secure the key in his safe. Quinna had decided to keep the locket, which was probably for the best."

USS Exeter

STATUS: Decommissioned

A workhorse of the reconstruction era, the USS Exeter compiled an impressive record with 75 documented missions over 14 months of continuous operation (2420-2421). The ship's investigative prowess was demonstrated during the famous "Murder on the Exeter Express" case - a six-month operation spanning 24 compiles that became legendary in Starfleet Academy case studies. The Exeter also handled dimensional crossover incidents and pursued zealots in "The Flames of Purity" mission, showcasing versatility across investigation, first contact, and tactical scenarios.

"Keira’s thoughts were reeling. The possibility of three assailants was not something that had come to her mind. She and Ravok both exited the meeting. β€œI hadn’t thought about..” Ravok turned to her without looking at her and softly said ." Not here Sir." Hoping she would understand his reasoning for saying that. β€œRight.” Keira corrected herself and shut up after Ravok’s reminder."

USS Soval

STATUS: Decommissioned

A vessel that confronted difficult moral choices during the rebuilding period. The Soval's year-long "Lesser Evil" mission (2414-2415) represented one of the fleet's most challenging ethical operations in the post-civil war era. With 22 documented compiles spanning multiple years, the ship maintained consistent operations through complex moral and tactical scenarios, demonstrating the kind of nuanced decision-making required during the Federation's reconstruction period.

"Taylor was now facing the inevitability of having to rely almost entirely on Andersen to carry out her mission. Most of her life, she had been accustomed to work with humans and developed a bit of respect for them. But all this went into shatter. She never liked to call an entire specie as being X"

USS Mystique βš”

STATUS: Decommissioned

An enigmatic vessel that operated during the tense pre-civil war period of 2406. The Mystique's intensive operational tempo is evidenced by 37 compiles in a single year, including the cryptic "All We Like Sheep Have Gone Astray" mission arc and mysterious "Harvest" operations that produced four compiles in a single day. The ship's name proved prophetic, as its missions often involved operations requiring discretion and specialized crew capabilities, including Betazoid telepaths who could navigate the complex political landscape of the era.

"Svend yawned as he leaned back in his seat and stretched out. His elbow jogged the underarm holster for the phaser he was now wearing, which irritated him, but he supposed it wouldn’t take all that long to get used to again. He’d had to wear all sorts of uncomfortable equipment during his security and tactical training, a holstered phaser was hardly the worst."

β€” You Can't Go Home Again, USS Mystique, 2021

USS Firebrande

STATUS: Decommissioned

One of the original vessels of the 52nd Fleet, the Firebrande served during the early integration period when the fleet was still establishing its multi-species operational doctrine. The ship's diverse crew roster included Klingon warriors from noble houses serving alongside Betazoid empaths and Human officers - a microcosm of the Federation's inclusive ideals. Though complete mission records have been lost to time, personnel files suggest the Firebrande specialized in cultural exchange and first contact scenarios where its unique crew composition proved invaluable.

""Sir, I think we might need validation from someone known in this universe.", said Commander Lee, busily contacting Starfleet Command. bartender or a starship's chief of Security, I've both memories in my He made a pause and added, "Concerning those Kalmorose, when I was in Ferenginar I remember that some traders had spoken about aliens who were"

USS Shenandoah

STATUS: Decommissioned

A ghost ship of the archives, the USS Shenandoah exists in fleet records but her complete operational history has been lost to time. Named for the historic Shenandoah Valley, she likely served during the 52nd Fleet's earliest days before digital record-keeping became standard practice. What we know is limited to personnel records and the simple fact that she existed, served, and was eventually retired. Like the valley for which she was named, the Shenandoah represents a quiet strength - ships that did their duty without fanfare, whose crews wrote history in actions rather than words.
